This is how The Arena ("we", "us") handles the information you give us on our sign-up page.
What we collect
Your first name, mobile phone number and email address. We also record when you signed up, the page you signed up on, and the exact consent wording you agreed to, so we can show you agreed.
Why we collect it
To hold your spot on our live call, send you the link and reminders by email and text message, and follow up with you about joining The Arena.
Who sees it
Only Kyle Bennett and people he authorizes at The Arena. We use service providers to send emails and text messages for us (for example, our texting provider). They may only use your information to deliver our messages. We do not sell your information. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you agree, we text you about your spot on the call. See our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up information for up to [12 months] after your last contact with us, then delete it. We keep a minimal record of your consent and any opt-out for [4 years] so we can prove we followed your choices.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing kmastonbennettllc@gmail.com. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe note in them. If you opt out of texts we keep your number on a do-not-text list so we never text you again.

Our sign-up page is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
